Any good research starts with a good plan.
I work with you to define what you want to learn about people in relation to your digital product or service. I put all of this into the research plan including the research methodology and possible participant recruitment approaches.

There are many ways you can do research. I choose from a range of methods to most effectively learn what’s needed in the time we have. I use qualitative methods like interviews and usability testing to quantitative surveys or card sorts. Methodologies are effectively combined to give a fuller picture of what is happening with users and why.

Communicating research insights with clarity is key to creating changes that make an impact and improve user experience.
I share and communicate research findings in a way that best suits your team to help you take action.
